Can you tell me how i can add Teleport Locations into your Teleporter ?
for alliance and horde

All you need to know is how to use the conditions, gossip_menu_option and gossip_scripts tables.

The conditions may be a bit tricky, but the other 2 will allow you to create teleports to both factions anyways.



Or you can also try using this:

but I do not recommend using it.

Well .. to get a new teleport to the top of the list, you need to do things that will most likely mess up the teleporter. (It would be easier on Mangos or Arcemu)

If you want an example of a teleport made with sql directly:

INSERT INTO `gossip_menu_option` (`menu_id`, `id`, `option_icon`, `option_text`, `option_id`, `npc_option_npcflag`, `action_menu_id`, `action_poi_id`, `action_script_id`, `box_coded`, `box_money`, `box_text`) VALUES
(MENU_ID, ID, 2, "TELEPORT NAME", 1, 1, 0, 0, SCRIPT_ID, 0, 0, 'Are you sure?');

INSERT INTO `gossip_scripts` (`id`, `delay`, `command`, `datalong`, `datalong2`, `dataint`, `x`, `y`, `z`, `o`) VALUES
(SCRIPT_ID, 0, 6, MAP, 0, 0, X, Y, Z, O);

/* below is required only if you want the teleport to show up only to ally or horde */
INSERT INTO `conditions` (`SourceTypeOrReferenceId`, `SourceGroup`, `SourceEntry`, `ElseGroup`, `ConditionTypeOrReference`, `ConditionValue1`, `ConditionValue2`, `ConditionValue3`, `ErrorTextId`, `ScriptName`, `Comment`) VALUES
(15, MENU_ID, ID, 0, 6, TEAM_ID, 0, 0, 0, '', "COMMENT");


In that code:
MENU_ID is the teleporter's menu_id of the menu you want to use from gossip_menu_option table (default 50000)
ID is a number that defines what is first, what second and so on in the list ingame
SCRIPT_ID is an unused id from gossip_scripts table
MAP, X, Y, Z and O are the co-ordinates from .gps command ingame
TEAM_ID defines weather the teleport shows up to ally (469) or horde (67)

adding a teleport

k i added all the conditions and yatta yatta but it sends me to silithus when i click it because it doesnt know what map i'm on how can i fix this cause in the database theres no table for it?

Oh yeah .. It is the Datalong column in gossip_scripts table.

datalong: Target Map ID. See Maps.dbc
x: Teleport target x coordinate.
y: Teleport target y coordinate.
z: Teleport target z coordinate.
o: Teleport target orientation.
(All coordinates can be found with .gps command)

mhmh ..

Well .. this is just .. meh .____.

Ewlynn forest = 0
Durotar = 1

You can find them from wowhead for example ..
http://www.wowhead.com/zones=1
In that list you can see "durotar"
And the url says "zones=1" so the mapID is 1

Or from the map.dbc:
http://udbwiki.no-ip.org/index.php/Maps.dbc

Or with the .gps command ingame, which tells you a lot of information so you need to be able to sort what number is what .. I often mix zoneID and areaID.

Btw. I edit my posts a lot so .. check em again in 5 min, they might give more info. :3

yeah ive tried both of those, mind teamviewing me and showing me whats up? everything you told me i either tried or couldnt figure out Sad

btw sorry if im being noobish i was just up really late last nite trying to figure out mall teleports
